CARRYVALE is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we sell.
Trademarks
Brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We use brand names only to identify the products we sell. The CARRYVALE name and the content we create for this site belong to us.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in it. Our order confirmation email tells you we have received your order; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if we can’t verify your payment or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
Prices, availability and errors
We work to keep prices, stock levels and product details accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or shown as available when it isn’t, we’ll contact you before it ships. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. If we have already charged you, we will refund any amount you shouldn’t have paid.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payment is taken on a secure hosted payment page when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Product information
Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by about a quarter of an inch. Colors can look different from screen to screen. Some products are shown with illustrations instead of photographs; their color and proportions are close, but not exact. If anything about an item doesn’t match its description, you can return it under our returns policy.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined with sale prices unless the offer says so, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may end a promotion at any time; codes already applied to a paid order are honored.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to access other people’s accounts or data, no automated scraping that disrupts the service, and no interference with its security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Warranties and liability
We sell products as described on their product pages and do not provide a separate warranty. Any warranty a brand offers is provided by that brand, and we can’t process warranty claims on its behalf. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
