We don’t sell or share your personal information
CARRYVALE does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You don’t need to opt out, but you can still send us an opt-out request and we’ll record it.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser.
Make a privacy request
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it.
- Signed in: go to the privacy section of your account.
- Not signed in, or no account: write to us through our Contact page and choose “Privacy request”.
We’ll confirm your identity by matching details we already hold, such as your email address and a recent order number, and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent can make a request for you with proof of your permission.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your email preferences in your account. Order and shipping emails are still sent, because they are part of your purchase.
